Due to being away on holidays, I didn't have a prototype of my 3D design and I received an extension. Below is the further development and enhancement of my idea.
PRACTICAL – Design Realisation
20 mins – Develop 3D Exhibition Designs / 5 mins Blog
At this stage I only had the illustrations for my 3D Design and no prototype. I recieved an extension as I was away on holidays. Below is the illustrations for my exhibit.
Light bulb Chandelier (main 3D Element)
Developing of a brand
I would like to make my 3D Design look better because of its environment. Modern art is often complimented by its surroundings. So I brainstormed and came up with some ideas on how to display it. Here is what I came up with.
Brand
'Bright Ideaz'
I chose the brand Bright Ideaz because I like its quirkiness with the supplement of the 'z' instead of the 's'. It makes the company fun and modern. I decided to put a light bulb for the dot of the eye to illustrate the word bright. Here is the process of the logo design.
I love the Helvetica font because it is so clean and modern and is often used in logo design and fashion magazines.
I love this font and I believe it would make my design look modern, stylish and sleek.
My final decision is the Helvetica font because of the light bulb dot. I believe it wouldn't suit the cursive font. Im thinking the all black one would be best due to simplicity.
Fake Company
- Lighting Comapany
- Design Company
- Interior Design Company.
I asked peoples opinions on what company they thought would best suit the logo. It was finalized to be a Interior Design Company.
Wall paper
I chose to go with the dots I have been working on and editing, here is the process.
Image 1: Original image taken from my hand bag
Image 2: I like this edit because it looks like an explosion of colour. It looks electric and reminds me of party lights.
Image 3: This image has the same feel as the above one. Except its more retro with the rainbow. I like the design because of its perspective and the modern use of simple shapes.

Image 4: In this image I experimented with a 3D like effect on the individual dots. I like the overall graphic because it looks 3D and it also gives perspective.
Image 5: In this image I experimented with a white background seing as it is likely going to be put onto a white wall.
Image 5: This is my final image. I chose red as it will go with my red chair that will be in the exhibit. The logo will be black so I figured red will make it stand out. Otherwise it will be too much black. :D :D

Youtube Commentary
Above is a video I found on a series of images of interior designs. Each images has a red element which is what will be in cooperated into my exhibit. There is one with a chandelier that I like. There is also a consistency of simple elements. White, space, light, clean, etc. I may be able to spice up my design and en cooperate more elements such as a book shelf, magazines, a plant, etc to make it more realistic and more like a interior design company.
